This marks a major milestone in our journey toward building a circular economy for end-of-life tyres, transforming waste into valuable resources that power industries and protect the planet.
What We Offer
Our fully automated continuous reactor system is the largest single-line pyrolysis reactor in India, equipped with a closed-loop energy system that uses syngas generated on-site for clean and efficient heating.
Key Outputs:
Tyre Pyrolysis Oil (TPO) – Density: 0.8–0.9 Kg/m³
Carbon Char – To be upgraded into Recovered Carbon Black (rCB) with fineness <10 microns
Recovered Steel Wire
Annual Capacity:
Over 30,000 tons of crumb rubber processed
Equivalent to recycling nearly 2 million tyres per year
Phase 1 operational; output expected to double within 12 months
